Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before downloading, installing, or using the BillTrace Reports App (“Software”).
By clicking “I Agree” or by downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”).
1. License Agreement
This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between BillTrace Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (“BillTrace”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the user (“you” or “your”) governing the use of BillTrace Reports App, including all associated documentation, updates, and services.
BillTrace and its licensors retain all ownership rights, intellectual property rights, and titles related to the Software. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to the user.
2. Grant of License
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, BillTrace grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software solely for authorized restaurant and business reporting operations connected to BillTrace systems.
The Software is intended only for authorized business usage. No rights are granted to use BillTrace trademarks, branding, logos, or service marks except where explicitly permitted.
3. Software Purpose
BillTrace Reports App is designed primarily as a monitoring, analytics, and reporting application for restaurant and business operations.
4. Restrictions on Use
Unauthorized access, misuse, tampering, or manipulation of operational data is strictly prohibited.
5. Account & Access
Access to the Software may require authorized login credentials provided by BillTrace or associated business management.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities performed under their accounts.
BillTrace reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of unauthorized usage, suspicious activities, security threats, or violation of this Agreement.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
The Software, including all interfaces, reports, designs, graphics, layouts, content, and functionalities, is the intellectual property of BillTrace Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No part of the Software may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission from BillTrace.
7. Live Data & Notifications
The Software may provide live updates, analytics, notifications, and operational alerts synchronized from BillTrace systems and internet services.
Users are advised to verify important operational information directly through primary systems whenever necessary.
8. Privacy & Data Collection
The Software may collect limited technical and operational information required for functionality and reporting services.
9. Third-Party Services
The Software may rely on third-party services including cloud infrastructure providers, push notification services, analytics platforms, and Android platform services.
BillTrace is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or issues caused by third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
10. Terms & Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
Upon termination, users must stop using the Software and remove all installed copies from their devices.
11. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillTrace Infotech Pvt. Ltd., including its employees, affiliates, licensors, and partners, shall not be liable for:

Users agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

BillTrace does not use phone numbers for advertising, promotional marketing, or commercial resale purposes. Phone number information is processed securely and only to the extent necessary for operating the Software and associated services.

15. Modifications to the Agreement
BillTrace reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms may be published within the Software or associated services.
Continued use of the Software after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the user and BillTrace regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
By installing or using BillTrace Reports App, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this License Agreement.
